Talash World: Out of interest in acting, he studied acting and modeling at the New York Film Academy. Also, get work on the famous Broadway show in New York. Excluding everything, he started social work. Why such a sudden change?
Pricila Fatema: At one time I learned acting, modeling, dance and song. I did a course on acting and modeling from the New York Film Academy. I took song and dance training in school. I also won an award in New York for singing. I was also selected to perform on the Broadway show. But suddenly a thing came to my notice. I've seen people starving on the streets of New York to find food in the garbage and people spending the night on the streets in the freezing cold - there are so many for acting, dancing, singing. But the number of people who speak or stand by these neglected, deprived people of society is less. The subject bothers me. I've been trying to do something for them ever since. Many like me are doing this. Besides, Mother Teresa and Princess Diana also do some work, some stories inspire me. So I'm not acting. Maybe in the future.
Talash World: You are quite vocal through social media. Especially publishing awareness videos on Facebook and YouTube. Corona has also worked to make the people of Bangladesh aware. Many have joined you in this. How was the work experience?
Pricila Fatema: I am very lucky. Many celebrities, doctors, lawyers have given their busy time to my audience without any money. Especially Asif Akbar, Dr. Asif Nazrul, RJ Kibria, Ayman Sadiq, Barrister Sumon, Secretary, DESCO & Rural Electricity, Zahid Sabur, Jessica Cox, Sushant Pal, Ethun Babu, Munira Mithu, Liza, Begum Salma Asif, Kornia, Dolly Shayantani, Tarun Munsir, Jober , Shahwar & Maria, Habib & Natalia, Dr. Jahangir Kabir, Barrister Nishad Khusbu, Quader Mirza, Nurul Haque Nur, Sijda, Fatiha Ayat, Ziaul Haque Palash, Dr. Lillian Reza, Humanitarian Police Beach, Journalist Manjurul Karim, Attorney Moin Khan, Many including Chowdhury Hasan. These are the ones I have enjoyed the most. Learning from them regularly. It has become easier for me to work for the common people with their cooperation.
Talash World: Drama has been promoted in your writing, directing, and production. Renowned actors like Fazlur Rahman Babu have also worked there. The drama has hit 25 million hits. Besides, you also sing ghazals. In the age of trolls and negative criticism, everyone has accepted you in a positive way. How do you see the matter?
Pricila Fatema: I never imagined that people would see the drama I wrote. Many people have commented positively after watching the play. Some people wrote in the comments, I cried after watching the drama. There are no negative comments. After watching it, I want to write more plays in the future. Learned the song. I am using that experience in ghazals. I am getting more encouragement to work in the love of people. While I don't realize how much better I can do, I'm sure people don't accept bad things in the media. I believe that if you do a good job, you will get the support of the people.
Talash World: He has said in several videos that he wants to work in Bangladesh in the future ...
Pricila Fatema: I want to work with the disadvantaged people of Bangladesh. I have already completed a lot of work. In this case, college and university students from different parts of the country are helping me. I will get a lot of time after finishing my studies. Then I will be able to do more. We want to work on food, water, clothing, education, sanitation and human rights.ss
Pricila Fatema: I came to the United States with my parents. They live with me. I made a few videos based on other people's life stories. I couldn’t hold back the tears as I went to act on the subjects. The audience could not. After watching those videos, everyone thinks I don't have a father. In fact, the matter is not correct. The stories were of other people. Not in my life.
Talash World: Want to know about the current busy-
Pricila Fatema: I will go to college or varsity next year. Preparations are underway. I want to study journalism and political science. I also want to study law.
Talash World: You have fans and well-wishers in different countries including Bangladesh. Want to say something for them?
Pricila Fatema: I have no fans. Everyone who likes me thinks I'm their little sister. Some even call me a mother. I think so too. I never thought people would like me so much. There are some brothers in India outside the country who watch my program regularly. Expatriate Bangladeshis love me a lot. Students from schools, colleges, and universities across the country see, support, and advise on my programs.
